The Embassy of India in Brazil is pleased to inform that Laghu Udyog Bharati and IMS Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) and the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, are organizing Global Food Pro 2027 – The Premier International Food Exhibition & Conference, from 13–15 May 2027 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, under the tagline “Connecting the Global Food Industry.”
The event brings together the food processing value chain, from post-harvest and processing to machinery, packaging and export. Focus sectors include dairy products, beverages, bakery, confectionery, ice cream, millets and pulses, snacks, fruit and vegetable processing, frozen foods, spices and condiments, wellness and functional foods, and pet foods, as well as food processing, dairy, bakery and packaging machinery. The organizers expect more than 250 exhibitors, 20,000 visitors and 500 international delegates.
The programme combines an exhibition and a conference with B2B and B2G meetings, buyer-seller meets, live demonstrations, factory visits, international trade delegations and a startup pavilion.
The event is aimed at food importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarket and retail chains, HORECA buyers, bakery and confectionery businesses, food manufacturers, and trade associations and chambers of commerce. Brazilian companies interested in exhibiting their products, technologies and equipment are also welcome.
For selected international buyers and delegates, the organizers will provide hotel accommodation, airport transfers, daily hotel–venue transportation, meals, invitation letters for visa processing, complimentary conference access, pre-scheduled B2B meetings and factory visits.
