The Embassy of India in Brazil is pleased to inform that the 3rd edition of Bharat Buildcon, supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, the Chemical and Allied Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) and leading Export Promotion Councils, will be held from 3–6 June 2027 at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, New Delhi, India.
Launched as Vibrant Buildcon in 2025, the event is an international sourcing platform connecting global buyers with Indian manufacturers of building materials. According to the organizers, the 2026 edition brought together more than 330 exhibiting companies and 750 verified international buyers, with over 3,500 buyer–seller meetings.
The 2027 edition will cover twelve sectors: ceramic tiles; sanitaryware; bathroom fittings; bathroom accessories; laminates; plywood; door and cabinet hardware; marble, granite and natural stones; tile adhesives and grouts; modular furniture; construction chemicals; and paints, wall putty and gypsum board.
The organizers offer a Hosted Buyer Programme which includes an invitation letter and visa assistance, an invitation to the inauguration ceremony, hotel accommodation from 2 June (afternoon check-in) to 5 June 2027 (morning check-out), airport transfers, daily transportation between the hotel and the venue as scheduled by the organizers, curated B2B matchmaking and a gala dinner invitation. All complimentary services are subject to approval, eligibility and the Hosted Buyer Programme Terms & Conditions.
Brazilian importers, distributors, developers, contractors, architects, procurement companies, trade associations and chambers of commerce are encouraged to participate and explore sourcing and distribution opportunities with Indian manufacturers.
